  When we purchased our old home, 18 months ago, we knew we would need significant work on the HVAC system. Not only did we need new mechanics, but the second floor had duct work that made it impossible to walk from one area to another without ducking down to walk under the existing ducts. Brian was able to design a system for us using the eaves of our home to reroute the ducts on the second floor and make the rooms usable and the heating and cooling efficient and effective. He also designed a 2 zone system that allows us to set the temperature separately since we don't use the 2nd floor often. His team was respectful and worked hard while here. They were clean and quiet! Brian's communication was terrific and his quote was competitive with the other estimates we received. We have recommended him to other friends and neighbors!

  From the first appointment with Brian, I knew this was the company I would be choosing to install my new AC and furnace. Brian was upfront, honest, and a professional. He did not place on pressure on me to select a certain model or upgrade. He is very knowledgeable on his field and presented all options clearly without any added pressure. The installers, Miguel, Nick, and Karl were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took great care in respecting my home the entire time they were here. They answered any and all questions I had without hesitation. I am impressed with all of the staff I have interacted with.

  We love our HVAC zones system that Copperline installed for us. Our previous HVAC system was original to our house and had not worked well since we bought the house. It took forever to for the house to cool down and the downstairs was always freezing cold while the upstairs was super hot. And the same in the winter. We had space heaters in all the bedrooms it was so cold. So when it finally died, we upgraded to the zones and it was a game changer. Our house is now heated and cooled evenly and quickly. We love that we can control the temperatures up and down by separate thermostats and have gotten rid of the space heaters! Highly recommend the zoned system and Copperline!

  The two gentlemen who came out to replace my A.C. unit were very professional as well as courteous, even working thru a downpour to ensure the job was completed as scheduled. I highly recommend them.
